Returns and Refunds Policy
Customers have seven business days from the date of receipt of items for returns under the following terms and conditions:
- Customers are required to notify KalaVoice at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven business days of the receipt of items for returns. KalaVoice will then issue the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be included in the returned package.
- Customers are responsible for proper packaging, insurance and providing tracking number once the item has been shipped.
- Customers are liable for all incurred shipping, insurance and packing costs.
- Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected for any damages.
The initial shipping and handling costs incurred from KalaVoice to customer is not recoverable part and will be deducted from refund. In addition, any damages to the item will be deduced from the recoverable part of the refund. An email will be sent with refund details and date of issuance of the refund.
Defective and Damaged returns:
Defective or damaged shipment from KalaVoice to customer is eligible for a full refund. However, customer is required to notify no later than 2 business days with a proof (preferably photograph).
